Associate Attorney – Trust and Estate Planning Raleigh, NC

respected and growing law firm in Raleigh, NC is seeking a
motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join their Estate
Planning team. This is a prime opportunity for a professional who
thrives in a high-touch, client-focused practice serving
high-net-worth individuals and families. Duties Include (but are
not limited to): Independent representation of clients in their
estate, charitable, business succession, and estate and gift tax
planning Representation of fiduciaries in trust, estate, and
probate administration Assisting with the development of firm
policies and procedures related to estate planning services
Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality legal
counsel Developing client referrals and contributing to firm growth
Your Experience and Qualifications: Strong legal knowledge and
practical experience in estate planning and probate Licensed to
practice in North Carolina ( Required ) Superb attention to detail
and a commitment to accuracy Excellent verbal and written
communication skills A client-centered attitude with a
service-oriented mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook,
Word, Excel) Willingness to follow and contribute to established
firm processes Role Details: Location: Raleigh, NC ( In-Person Only
) Salary: Starting at $110,000 -$120,000 , with potential for
higher compensation based on experience Billable Requirement:
