The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully advocating for clients who have been critically injured in such a way that is life-changing. Will consider tenured personal injury attorneys who only have some exposure to complex personal injury Our firm prides itself on its commitment to delivering high-quality legal services, and we are looking for someone who shares our dedication to fighting for justice and achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities: Providing expert legal advice to clients, explaining complex legal terms and issues in a clear, understandable manner. Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and making compelling arguments on their behalf. Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients. Conducting thorough and detailed investigations to gather evidence. Drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements. Staying updated on current laws and regulations related to personal injury law, ensuring our firm's practices remain compliant. Collaborating with our team of legal professionals, sharing your expertise and learning from others to continually improve our services. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 4 years of experience in personal injury litigation, preferably catastrophic/complex Licensed to practice in North Carolina. Experience trying cases to jury verdict. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear, understandable manner. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
