Main Job Responsibilities of the Account Sales Manager: Serve as
the primary point of contact for assigned accounts in the Durham
area, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key
decision-makers. Develop and execute strategic account plans to
achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Understand client
business needs and objectives, recommend tailored solutions that
address their requirements and deliver value. Manage the full sales
cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring efficiency. Work with
sales support, operations, and marketing teams to provide clients
with smooth onboarding, service, and account management. Monitor
account performance, track key metrics, report to clients and
management, and identify growth opportunities. Expand client
relationships by actively identifying and pursuing upsell and
cross-sell opportunities for services to maximize revenue. Maintain
current knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and
product updates, and effectively communicate this information to
clients.
