A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Data Analyst Position: Business Data Analyst Position Type: W2-Contract Locations: Charlotte, NC Hybrid: 3 days Onsite and 2 days remote The ideal candidate will have: Data Analysis, SQL, PL/SQL, Bigdata Required Qualifications 8 year in business/data analysis, evaluation, and requirement translation Expert understanding of translating business requirements to technical/design requirements Expert knowledge and experience in software development methodologies and industry practices with a focus on Agile and ability to create and maintain stories using Jira Expert understanding and experience with building and deploying enterprise applications Excellent written, verbal, and diagramming skills. Ability to clearly articulate findings and presenting solutions Ability to partner with other functional areas (developers, testers, business partners, application teams) to support the Technology ADS Ability to develop awareness of business function for which the application is being designed to drive out detailed requirements and form effective partnerships Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and deliver in a fast-paced agile environment Basic SQL/PL SQL and data model comprehension Ability to work in a matrix environment with minimal supervision Desired Qualifications Experience working with big data and eco system (e.g. Hadoop, Hive, pySpark, HBase, Sqoop, Impala, Kafka, Flume, Oozie, MapReduce, S3 etc.) Experience working with database systems (e.g. Exadata, NoSQL, Cassandra, Neo4j, etc.) Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
