Job Description:
Title: Junior Brand Manager Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid 3
days/week) or Remote (East Coast hours preferred) Employment Type:
Full-time, Permanent Work Authorization: No sponsorship available
at this time – must be authorized to work in the U.S. Overview : We
are seeking a Junior Brand Manager with relevant luxury or premium
beauty industry experience to join a growing marketing team. This
individual should be in touch with current trends in beauty and
culture and ready to take the next step in their marketing career.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will be
instrumental in the execution of short- and long-term brand and
product strategies. Key Responsibilities: Support the CMO in
executing 360° marketing plans for new product launches in
collaboration with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with the
product development team to shape product messaging and launch
concepts. Write clear, strategic creative briefs to guide the
content creation team. Provide actionable feedback on creative
assets, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Assist with
development and execution of marketing campaigns and product
promotions. Manage digital asset updates across retail partner
websites. Analyze consumer insights, sales trends, and third-party
data to inform strategy. Conduct competitive research and summarize
actionable takeaways. Provide brand and product launch assets to
internal retail and e-commerce teams. Experience, Education &
Skills: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field 3 years
of experience in brand marketing/management Background in luxury
goods or beauty industry preferred Strong organizational and time
management skills Highly collaborative and team-oriented Strong
analytical mindset; able to interpret data into insights Proficient
in MS Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work both strategically and
tactically Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment Passion for the beauty industry and awareness of
