us! Job Description: This job is responsible for ensuring
operational data is fit for purpose, defining controls, and
monitoring processes are in adherence to enterprise data management
standards. Key responsibilities include triaging and remediating
data incidents, performing data analysis, training new users, and
performing impact analysis stemming from data updates. Job
expectations include helping in defining access and ownership of
data by domain, conducting quality control, and overseeing data
maintenance. Position Summary: This role supports the CFO Data
Management General Ledger product team by helping manage essential
regulatory and treasury reporting databases. The team's data
portfolio covers several areas: the general ledger, account
hierarchy, legal entities, and rates data. The General Ledger
product team primarily focuses on designing financial data
solutions, providing production support, and closely collaborating
with control and governance teams within data management. Major
business partners include Global Regulatory Reporting, Global
Liquidity Management, and Balance Sheet Management. The General
Ledger product team offers a valuable opportunity to create and
sustain finance data solutions that enhance data accuracy,
integrity, and control to meet reporting needs. Responsibilities:
Ensures data is accurate, complete, and fit for performing data
analyses through various testing procedures and data controls which
help to identify business insights fit for purpose for a particular
product set Develops and executes on Enterprise Data Management
policies and standards, works across teams to ensure adherence,
serves as a key point of contact for all topics related to data
compliance, and manages operational elements of the (Enterprise
Data Strategy Governance and Operations (EDSGO) relationship
Manages data related incidents and identifies, communicates, and
resolves or escalates issues as needed. Data inquiries include
questions related to data issues, availability of data, and
potential sourcing alternatives to inform Develops, manages, and
executes on controls, ensuring tracking, monitoring, and resolution
of any control breaches with data platform Partners with Business
and Technology functions to drive the development of business and
functional requirements documents and ensures strategic upstream
resolution for data related incidents Support change initiatives
from requirements through testing and post-production validation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production support
activities relating to product data Respond to technology partner
inquiries and provide business data insights through ad-hoc queries
Educate partners and drive productive discussion as a product data
expert across CFO DM owned applications Maintain documentation and
data lineage for general ledger, legal entity, and rates product
data loads and related value-added processes. Required
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience of relevant data analytics
and data management experience. Data flow design and research
experience, leveraging SQL and other analytics tools Brings visible
positive energy to the workplace, strengthening relationships and
enabling effective, high?trust collaboration across
cross?functional teams. Proactive problem solver who demonstrates
strong ownership, independence, and intellectual curiosity, with a
proven ability to learn and adapt in fast?paced, dynamic
environments. Effective at translating complex technical concepts
into clear, compelling narratives, enabling effective stakeholder
communication and strong cross?functional relationships. Desired
Qualifications: Proven experience collaborating with line of
business, project management and technology teams to deliver
analytics solutions. Strong understanding of general ledger
financial data and reconciliations. Demonstrated ability to quickly
grasp and apply relational database concepts. Excellent verbal and
written communication skills, with the ability to engage both
technical and business audiences. Hands?on experience with business
intelligence and analytics tools, including Tableau, Alteryx, and
Power Query, to drive data?informed insights. Experienced in Agile
project delivery, leveraging JIRA for sprint planning, backlog
management, and execution. Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in
Data Analytics, Finance or related business field, preferred
