us! About the Role: This role directly supports Third Party
operational resiliency planning and testing process and across all
Global Technology. Resiliency Planning and Testing compliance is
reported to Regulators on a quarterly cadence and reviewed in
detail during exams. Without this role testing coordination,
execution, Post test activities, and testing compliance will be
impacted. Job Description: The Third-Party Resiliency Testing
Coordinator is r esponsible for supporting the Business Continuity
Program's (BCP) application resiliency testing requirements. This
role will support Third Party testing deliverables across Global
Technology. The role will work closely with Enterprise Third Party
and Vendor Management teams and is responsible for all Technical
Recovery Testing: to include Vendor Application Resiliency
Certification (VARC), Vendor Integrated Resiliency Testing (VIRT)
and Vendor Data Restore Testing. Individual provides technical
consulting and coordination of corporate vendor information
security and business continuity testing services to internal
clients. Demonstrates a high level of technical proficiency
necessary to recommend and implement required solutions and/or
execute processes that protect the bank's assets. Participates or
leads technical business continuity and vendor initiatives to
support ongoing process activities (information security/business
continuity vendor assessments, mainframe and/or midrange
application and technical infrastructure recovery testing, internal
and external vendor testing, event management and progress
reporting/measurement). May provide technology based business
continuity, information security or vendor subject matter
consulting support in audit and regulatory matters as needed. Must
be able to work under close or minimal supervision with guidance
from manager or team lead as necessary. Responsibilities: Drive
Annual effort to improve recoverability and resiliency through
Third Party resiliency testing program Track applications ability
to perform testing while ensuring Vendor recovery strategies meet
BofA's standards Track compliance and remediation strategies for
any applications that are out of compliance and provide commentary
for late or failed tests Communicates, influences, and negotiates
both vertically and horizontally to leverage necessary resources to
complete deliverables on time Accountable for weekly notification
and escalation processes supporting upcoming and past due work
Handles ad-hoc requests to direct internal customers to procedures,
requirements, and reporting Support technology teams in firm-wide
risk programs (i.e., delivering requested artefacts, verify
completeness / accuracy) Coordinate with Technology Management in
monitoring the execution, collection, and completion of Testing
activities Partner with Technology Management in the execution of
quality assurance programs – ensure completeness of testing
Required Qualifications: 3 years experience with business
continuity and Disaster Recovery testing and compliance risk
processes Strong experience with vendor management Strong in
Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly with Excel – ability to
code - and PowerPoint; able to put together reports/decks,
SharePoint, Access, and Visio Ability to learn quickly, including
learning systems, and produce results Ability to lead projects to
completion with minimal management oversight Experience in
coordinating with different stakeholders to drive Business
continuity and Disaster Recovery drills Desired Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree JIRA Experience Continuity Planning Tool (CPT)
Experience Prior experience with Business Continuity processes and
tools is desirable Preferred process improvement and Operational
Excellence exposure Creativity – able to look at a problem from a
new perspective and to develop new ideas and solutions Ability to
understand new technologies, intellectually curious. Commitment to

working in a global environment Shift: 1st shift (United States of
