Experience with using ServiceNow to handle workflow and ticket
requests (7 Years) • Experience executing Disaster Recovery and
Business continuity steps (7 Years) • Experience with Backup,
VMWare, Windows Active Directory, Patching, Antivirus, Linux, and
Cloud technologies (7 Years) • Ability to handle verbal and written
communication to both technical and non-technical groups (7 Years)
Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Design and maintenance of both
the hardware and software necessary for a computer network •
Specialization in Local Area Networks (LANs)/Wide Area Networks
(WANs), TCP/IP, virtual machines, and/or server/network
infrastructure • Responsibility for installation, configuration and
administration of network routers and switches • Responsibility for
installation of cable, wiring and related equipment for telephony
and data interfaces and systems with communications functions •
Execution of disaster recovery / back up procedures and archiving
procedures • Responsibility for performance tuning, capacity
planning, database administration, and fault management • Manage
daily helpdesk tickets and provide update on current tasks •
Provide inputs and participate in planning for the server and
storage team • Handling support tasks and related escalations •
Handling various requirement details from various business units,
and documentation • Handling Disaster Recovery steps for data
centers that comprises of storage, compute, network and
virtualization technologies • Demonstrate knowledge of executing
Disaster Recovery and Business continuity steps • Demonstrate
knowledge of Backup, VMWare, Windows Active Directory, Patching,
Antivirus, Linux, and Cloud technologies • Ability to handle verbal
and written communication to both technical and non-technical
