Job Description:
Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a
Software Engineer. Job Title: Software Engineer Position type:
Full-time Contract(W2) Duration: 6 Months contract w/ extensions
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid), (3 days onsite/ 2 days remote) As
a Software Engineer, you will:Participate in the design,
development, and implementation of software features and
enhancements using Java and related full-stack technologies.
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from
requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Design,
develop, and execute automated tests using frameworks such as
Playwright, Karate, and Cucumber. Identify and propose
opportunities for process improvements within the Software
Engineering team. Review and analyse software engineering
assignments, evaluating alternatives, and recommending solutions
for low to moderately complex challenges. Collaborate effectively
with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers,
and other engineers. Maintain clear and concise documentation of
code, designs, and testing procedures. Adhere to established
software engineering best practices, policies, and compliance
requirements. The ideal candidate will have: Software Engineering
experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of
work experience. Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Engineer.
Experience with test automation frameworks, specifically
Playwright, Karate, and/or Cucumber. Understanding of software
development principles and best practices. Ability to research,
evaluate, and select alternative solutions for technical
