Days 8:00a–4:30p (or until work is complete) Caseload: 1:16–20
Charting/Tools (Required): Midas, NaviHealth, MEDITECH Must Have:
Discharge planning InterQual reviews (medical necessity/status:
inpatient vs observation) Preferred: Observation management; LTSS
screening via VA DMAS website Core Work: InterQual review,
admission status review, initial DC planning, post-acute referrals,
