Job Description Pediatrician MD / DO - Burlington, NC Visa Sponsorship: J1 & H1B -Welcome Practice Details: -25 Locations throughout North Carolina to choose from -23 years in practice -100% Outpatient -Scope of practice: Clean “bread & butter” pediatrics. Refer out to specialists. -Quality of life: Focus on patients 8:30-5P, then live your life -NO at home charting -NO Inpatient care -NO Call/Weekends -NO Procedures -NO RVUs: Guaranteed salary -Care management team -Dedicated MA per physician: Admin team helps MD focus on patient care -25 patients/day -EMR: Office Practicum (OP) -CLIA Waived: Swift testing results -FQHC Look Alike Facilities: Underserved population / WIC / Complex families -Military: Accepting military affiliated MDs; Serving armed forces families -Seeking Mission-Focused Physicians: Heart has to be into it! BENEFITS -Salary starting at $190-240K -No Exp Needed: fresh out of residency, insemi-retirement, and anywhere in between -NC License takes roughly 3 months lawyer on retainer; Immigrant owned practice
