As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and machinery. This is a permanent position that offers stability and growth opportunities within our organization. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Collaborate with the production team to identify and address equipment malfunctions or abnormalities in a timely manner. Utilize your expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and industrial maintenance to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment performance. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve your skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs is essential. Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues. Excellent understanding of preventive maintenance techniques and ability to perform routine inspections. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide clear instructions. Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and rectify equipment malfunctions. Proactive approach towards safety and ability to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment. Flexibility to work in shifts and respond to emergencies or urgent maintenance requests.
