Job Details Responsibilities: As a Project Architect, you will be
tasked with a variety of responsibilities that are vital to the
completion of our commercial projects. These include: 1. Leading
the development of design concepts and ensuring their execution
throughout all project stages. 2. Collaborating with our
multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive design solutions. 3.
Utilizing Revit and AutoCAD to prepare and revise architectural
plans and drawings. 4. Coordinating with clients, contractors, and
other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. 5.
Overseeing the quality of project deliverables and ensuring they
adhere to industry standards and company guidelines. 6. Identifying
and resolving technical issues that may arise during the project
lifecycle. 7. Participating in project meetings and presenting
design proposals and project updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications: To be considered for this exciting role, you will
need: 1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a
related field. 2. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar
role, preferably within the Engineering industry. 3. Proficiency in
architectural design, planning, and problem-solving. 4. Strong
skills in Revit and AutoCAD. 5. Experience in managing commercial
projects from concept to completion. 6. Excellent communication and
presentation skills. 7. The ability to work collaboratively in a
team as well as independently. 8. Strong attention to detail and a
commitment to delivering high-quality work. 9. Professional
registration as an Architect is preferred but not essential. If you
