Job Details Responsibilities Provide strategic legal advice across
the business—contracts, compliance, employment, IP, corporate
governance, and more. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial
agreements to protect the company’s interests. Monitor legal and
regulatory developments and ensure the company remains compliant.
Develop and enforce internal legal policies and risk mitigation
strategies. Support business units with practical,
solutions-focused legal guidance. Oversee disputes, manage external
counsel, and support litigation strategy when necessary. Play a key
role in corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures,
and restructuring. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an
accredited law school. Active member of the North Carolina State
Bar. At least 5 years of relevant experience—ideally a mix of
in-house and firm-side, with exposure to corporate, regulatory, and
employment matters. Bonus: Prior military service or familiarity
