Senior Civil Design Engineer – Site & Infrastructure Charlotte,
NC $115,000 – $145,000 performance bonuses Full-Time Are you ready

Engineer with strong technical experience, leadership skills, and a
passion for guiding teams from concept to completion. This is your

benefits, and strong upward mobility. What You’ll Do: Lead the
design and development of commercial, residential, and mixed-use
land development projects. Serve as the primary point of contact
for clients, municipalities, and internal teams . Mentor and manage
junior engineers, designers, and project teams. Review plans,
reports, and permitting documents to ensure compliance and quality
standards . Coordinate with survey, environmental, and structural
teams for integrated project delivery. Drive business development
by identifying new opportunities and strengthening client
partnerships . What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil
Engineering (PE license in NC required). 8 years of progressive
land development experience (commercial/residential/mixed-use).
Proven leadership in managing teams, timelines, and budgets. Solid
knowledge of stormwater, grading, site layout, and utility design .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to lead
a meeting and close a deal. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and
