Job Description Job Description We’re Hiring! Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Legends Overview: Southern Highlands is seeking applicants to provide direct care services to consumers. Staff will be responsible for providing residential support to assist consumers by ensuring that their safety, physical, social, health, emotional, economic and training needs are met. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides appropriate services to assist consumers by ensuring their safety and addressing their physical, social, health, emotional, economic, and training needs. Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
