Job Description As an Armed Security Guard - Evening Shift - Part Time in Clinton, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more . As a Patrol Armed Officer in a government location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. This armed post involves conducting routine patrols, responding to incidents, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will contribute to a positive environment by working collaboratively with others and upholding the highest standards of integrity and reliability. Your presence and professionalism will help support a secure atmosphere for all individuals at the location. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur05:45 PM - 06:00 AMSat05:45 PM - 06:00 AM Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to staff and visitors. Document and report any incidents, observations, or unusual occurrences according to site protocols. Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed during incidents or emergencies. Minimum Requirements: An active Armed Guard Card or License is preferred. North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
