Job Description:
At Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, we are seeking a motivated Sales Development
Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal
in accelerating the company's growth by generating new business
opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential clients in
the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record in sales or business development, with a deep
understanding of payment technology solutions and the ability to
thrive in a fast-paced environment. Develop new business
opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their
position in the industry. Engage with potential clients through
cold calls, emails, and social media interactions. Qualify leads
from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, and
webinars. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on lead
generation approaches. Track all sales activities in our CRM system
and maintain active communication with leads. Prepare and deliver
presentations to potential clients about the benefits of our
products and services. Keep up-to-date with industry and market
trends to back up sales strategies. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft
Office Suite Capability to negotiate and persuade effectively
Understanding of the financial services market and related
technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Certification in Sales or Marketing preferred Any relevant
financial services industry certifications are beneficial
