and Duties: Call on customers and sell the company’s products and
services Sell products by establishing contact and developing
relationships with prospects; implement sales and trades of any and
all products marketed by Boone Tractor; follow all procedures and
policies in the company’s Sales Manual Maintain relationships with
clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending
service improvements – all continuing after the sale Spend time “on
the road” visiting customers and looking for new leads, as directed
by Sales Manager Maintain professional and technical knowledge by
attending educational workshops and training schools Contribute to
team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Manage time
efficiently Participate and engage in shows and events Keep a
friendly and positive attitude Maintain sales department vehicles
and office equipment Daily update yourself on changes to
manufacturers’ terms, discounts, and special programs, sales,
deliveries, valuations, and new equipment arrival Have a working
knowledge of all factory finance plans Requirements: Minimum
Qualifications: Ability to understand and follow instructions in
English Lift up to 30 pounds Choice of standing, leaning, or
sitting while working Basic computer experience and knowledge using
Word, Excel and Outlook Mail The environment is mainly inside,
sometimes inventories will be taken outside This position
