improvement store engaging customers about HVAC upgrades, indoor
air quality, and energy savings. You’ll promote free in-home
consultations or schedule tune-ups — our expert sales advisors
handle the rest. Qualifications What You Need: Willingness to
approach and engage retail shoppers Friendly, outgoing personality;
sales experience a plus Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours
during shift Reliable transportation to/from assigned store Minimum
age: 18 years Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays
required) Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings Must pass background
