Job Description:
Virginia Group seeks a future partner! 70 year established
private practice seeks a full service Diagnostic Radiologist to
join their team. The group consists of 1 full time and 2 part time
IR s, 3 full time and 1 part time Diagnostic Rads and 2 PA s who
provide most of the vascular access, basic biopsy and US drainage
services and assists with in/outpatient consults and coordinate
post-procedure needs and follow up visits. They covers and maintain
a healthy relationship with two hospitals (506 beds and 110 beds),
free standing emergency departments, hospital owned outpatient
centers and physician office based imaging. All state of the art
technology and fully integrated PACS. The average daily volume is
100-120 studies per day/per rad. Nighthawk is in place from 9pm
8am. They have a rotating late shift from 11:30 am 9 pm. Weekend
coverage is typically 11am 9 pm every 4-5 weekends. No buy in
partnership after 1 year. Receive 350k-400k depending on
experience, 10-12 weeks paid time off (same as partners) full
contributions into pension plan, family health, dental, vision,
malpractice, 20k prescription/deductible, relocation. No buy in
partnership after 1 year earning in the high 500 s 600k. Located in
a charming town in the Blue Ridge Mountains with low cost of living
