Job Description:
Pro-Vac is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to
spearhead our sales efforts in the environmental and industrial
services sectors. This role is essential for promoting our
innovative solutions, such as hydro excavation, industrial
cleaning, and environmental cleanup, to new and existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a
solid understanding of the environmental industry's regulatory
standards, and the capability to build strong, long-lasting
customer relationships. Develop and execute strategic plans to
achieve sales targets and expand our customer base Build and
maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Partner with
customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and
presentations Negotiate contract terms and close agreements to
maximize profits Coordinate with the marketing team to drive
market-leading strategies Prepare reports on account status and
sales forecast Identify emerging markets and market shifts while
being fully aware of new products and competition status Strong
verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to drive the
sales process from plan to close Excellent listening, negotiation,
and presentation abilities Strong analytical skills to identify
trends and challenges Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft
Office Suite Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance Certification in Sales Management (CSM), preferred
Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards is a
plus
