Representative, you'll be on the ground in Raleigh neighborhoods,

information, answers general questions, and helps create a positive
first impression as a dedicated Entry Level AT&T Sales Support
Representative, paving the way for our dedicated sales team to
connect residents with the perfect AT&T solutions. Key
Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Sales Support
Representative: Engage with residents in Raleigh through direct
outreach in a friendly and approachable manner to introduce
AT&T Technology products. Clearly and enthusiastically explain
the basic benefits and advantages of AT&T’s services,
particularly Internet and Wireless products. Provide Raleigh
marketing materials, answer general AT&T questions, and explain
introductory promotions. Identify interested individuals and
collect basic contact information for AT&T service follow-up.
Create a positive first impression and a welcoming initial contact
for potential AT&T customers. Effectively communicate the
excitement and potential of AT&T products and services to the
Raleigh community. Support Raleigh field sales by generating
initial interest and providing basic lead information. Assist with
local community outreach efforts related to the AT&T campaign
as needed. Maintain a professional and positive representation of
AT&T and Pantherforge during all interactions.
