Responsibilities:Accountable for the sales and store level relationships with the Home Depot and Lowe's stores within their given territory, being the face of the company at store levelCultivating and maintaining relationships with sales and operations personnel of each store to ensure the success of programs and special-order businessWork with SFP inside sales and call center personnel to maximize sales and coordinate activities within their territoryMaking connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve mutually beneficial resultsEngaging, empathetic communication style based on genuine warmth and enthusiasmThe work involves driving toward results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of othersStrong self-direction, and an interest in achieving results with and through peopleBe a motivated team builder able to focus on developing long-term relationshipsResponsible for achieving monthly sales plan by increasing sales and gross margin within their territoryProvide regular updates on sales, market status, opportunities, and critical issues to the division and Mass Merchant sales teamParticipate in contractor events and in store product demonstrationsGenerate new business with non-program products and develop innovative methods to increase store salesAct as an expert in the market by having thorough knowledge of competition, market trends, pricing, and market opportunitiesCultivate relationship with Box Store outside sales team (PSE's and PARs)Conduct product knowledge (PK) sessions with all store associates regularly to ensure store personnel are comfortable selling our productsManage claims resolution and product returns in a timely mannerUpdate, distribute and maintain SFP binders to all storesEnsure all stores are adequately supplied with literature, samples and brochuresDown stock and merchandise on stocked program productsDevelop relationship with RTV clerksEstablish and maintain relationship with receiving department to ensure the efficiency of deliveryBenefits Package:Outstanding Family Medical Benefits PackageSubstantial Stock Ownership ProgramCompetitive Compensation PackagesPaid Time Off (PTO) & 8 Paid Holidays Each YearEmployer Sponsored Family Dental Insurance401k and Roth 401k Investment Accounts (With Substantial Employer Matching)Employer Sponsored Life & Disability InsuranceIndividual choice regarding personal medical decisions
