Job Description:

A top-tier financial institution is seeking an Operations Analyst to support U.S. Listed Options within the Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) space.

Responsibilities:
Support full trade lifecycle: trade booking to settlement
Perform reconciliations, allocations, exercises, and assignments
Handle corporate actions, position transfers, and collateral tracking
Collaborate with brokers, exchanges, clearinghouses, and internal teams
Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts

Required Skills:

Experience in securities operations or trade support
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
Excellent multitasking and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
