Job Description:
Seeking a Per Diem Registered Dietitian to provide nutritional
assessments, develop menus, and oversee food quality in a
healthcare setting. Complete assessments and documentation per
regulations.
Plan menus ensuring nutritional adequacy and oversee food
service.
Manage inventories of nutritional supplements and coordinate with
nursing for special diets and wound care.
Educate residents, families, and staff on nutrition and monitor
residents' nutritional status.
Participate in care planning, review RAI and clinical indicators,
and identify nutrition issues.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Nutrition or Dietetics, RD
licensure in MA, healthcare experience, and knowledge of food
safety.
