Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dealer Services Analyst to manage
contractor and dealer applications and ensure compliance with
company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and upload dealer information in various operating systems
and document notes according to company procedures
Respond to dealer and internal staff requests, resolving issues
through proper communication protocols
Research and analyze dealer applications, confirming identity and
history while coordinating with other departments as needed
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in business, finance, communication, or related
field, or 2 years of relevant experience
Ability to read and interpret financial reports and legal
documents
Experience with Word Processing and Spreadsheet software, as well
as Adobe Illustrator and PDF
Basic math skills including the ability to calculate discounts,
interest, and percentages
Availability for one evening shift per week and one Saturday every
7 weeks
