Liaise with business users/ client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements
Work on creating proof of concepts on Coupa software to help showcase how Coupa helps meet customer requirements in sourcing and procurement processes.
Implementation and configuration of coupa's business spend management applications
Supports Business Integration team in writing of Functional Designs (FDs) , Field Mapping Documents (FMDs) , Technical Designs (TDs)
Carrying out Development/ upgrade/ support tasks on Coupa applications as assigned
Creating/Reviewing technical specs
Coordinating with the customer & onsite team to resolve queries or clarifications
Desired Skills & Experience
6+ years of working experience in implementing / supporting Coupa's business spend management tleast one full lifecycle Implementation experience in Coup
Good understanding of supplier relationship management, sourcing and procurement processes

Interpersonal Skills
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Solution Driven Attitude
Good attitude in working with teams
