The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of electrical projects, from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.   • Manage the electrical design, construction, and commissioning of projects, ensuring that they meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that they are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure that project requirements are met.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and ensure that they are properly documented and communicated to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Ensure that all electrical work is performed in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and reporting on variances.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all project-related health and safety requirements are met.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing electrical projects in the construction or healthcare industry.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical design, construction, and commissioning processes.
    • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
    • Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
