Job Title: Financial Analyst - Global Supply Chain

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for various tasks including reporting, analyses, forecasting, and budgeting of global freight and duty as well as various sourcing and inventory tasks as assigned for the supply chain organization. The Financial Analyst role will provide strong analytical support and insights to drive improved business performance. Attention to detail, drive for results, sense of urgency, and the ability to operate in a fast paced environment are required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for comprehensive analysis of actuals, forecasting, and budgeting for freight and duties as well as other sourcing and inventory activities as requested.
* Support development and implementation of new or enhanced processes and reporting/dashboards for freight and duties as well as inventory and sourcing as assigned.
* Develop strong collaboration with functional and cross-functional business partners which will drive more informed decision making and improved business performance.
* Support and maintain 100% compliance on internal controls as assigned including documentation, reporting, and analyses.
* Ad hoc projects as assigned.

Skills for Success:

* Finance and accounting technical knowledge. Supply chain experience a plus.
* Analytical thinking. Able to understand the data and interpret to provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business results. Intellectually curious. Inquisitive with the ability to identify risks and opportunities.
* Strong Excel skills. SAP experience a plus.
* Drive for Results. Able prioritize tasks and deliver assignments in a timely and accurate manner. Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and concisely.

Experience/Education:

* Accounting (balance sheet, P&L, cost)
* Supply Chain Finance a plus, not mandatory
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
* MBA is a plus
