Electrical Engineer Crown is building a brand-new manufacturing facility in Martinsville, Virginia. This state-of-the-art facility will manufacture specialty beverage cans for some of the top consumer product companies. - We are in the process of assembling a world class team of individuals to operate this facility and are looking for an Electrical Engineer.Salary

• Range varies from 75k+ Hours

• PTOThe Electrical Engineer works closely with all aspects of the manufacturing process from the raw material to the finished product and support daily productions activities. - This is a managerial position, which would include the daily supervision of plant electricians and electronic technicians as well as the management of plant construction, modifications, appropriations, and equipment installation. -Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of motor controls, VFD's, DC drives, Eddy Current Systems and/or Modicon system design
  • Five to seven years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
  • Facility power distribution to include voltage up to 4160v, three-phase
  • Approximately 10% overnight travelHighly Preferred:
    • Green or black belt certification in Six Sigma
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience plus an Associate degree
