Consultants are highly valued and high retention rates. 3 Positions Available! W2 Pay Rate: -$18 - 20hr Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, with shifts between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m.
  • 3 shifts [7am-4pm/ 9am-6pm/11am-8pm]
  • Occasional Saturdays as needed - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Responsibilities:
    • Perform analytical, technical, and administrative work in efforts to support local end-users, remote end-users, and production lines.
    • Achieve total end-user satisfaction for technical issues by possessing exceptional customer service skills.
    • Utilize global processes and tools to achieve the end results. Qualifications:
      • Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot complex problems
      • Solid Microsoft environment knowledge
      • Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking principles
      • Excellent customer service skills, written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills
