W2 Pay Rate: -- -$18 - 20hr Schedule: Monday - Friday, with shifts between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. 3 shifts [7am-4pm/ 9am-6pm/11am-8pm] Occasional Saturdays as needed - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Responsibilities: Perform analytical, technical, and administrative work in efforts to support local end-users, remote end-users, and production lines. Achieve total end-user satisfaction for technical issues by possessing exceptional customer service skills. Utilize global processes and tools to achieve the end results.
