International Financial Reporting AnalystOur client, a leading international manufacturer, has an immediate need for and International Financial Reporting Analyst. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the position will lead the work of the international business units. Will be responsible for: 1) The monthly consolidation work of the international business units into US GAAP for inclusion into reporting. 2) The analysis and reporting for the international businesses. 3) Working toward forging strong business partnerships and provide analysis and decision support to the Business Unit. 4) Providing value added cost analysis, insights, and recommendation to help business goals and strategy.Job Requirements:Job Requirements * BS / BA in Accounting or finance required, MBA preferred.* CPA strongly preferred.* 5 years of accounting/analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.* Strong experience with Hyperion and a fully integrated ERP is strongly preferred.* Strong analytical skills, experience in supporting business case development, forecasting, and variance analysis required.* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize assignments, and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment.* Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint required.* Willingness to adapt working hours to accommodate global time zones, as necessary.* Deep understanding of all financials (P&L, Cash Flow & Balance Sheet).* Understanding and experience with interactive visualizations and business intelligence systems, especially Microsoft BI.* Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).* Ability to query and organize from multiple sources and platforms.Please attach resume (MSWord preferably) to submission.All inquiries are highly confidentialand go directly to:Pat Rudy - Advanced Personnel Resources
