The Role The Paid Advertising Director owns the strategic vision, performance standards, and operational discipline of our Paid Ads organization across Google and Meta platforms. This role leads the development of frameworks, processes, technologies, and team standards that ensure scalable, predictable, high-performing paid media execution. You will have meaningful influence, broad accountability, and the opportunity to shape how paid media evolves at Reunion Marketing. You will bring structure, define expectations, and advance innovation—without chaos, unclear direction, or guesswork.
