basis protected by law. The Director of Player Personnel / Football
is responsible in all aspects of the Football Programs recruiting
efforts. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: being a Lead
Recruiting Contact, collaborate with the Director of Creative Media
with personalized creative content for recruits, coordinate with
Assistant Coaches on their recruiting areas, all on-campus visits,
updating Teamworks database, communicate with recruits,
correspondence liaison with recruits, and complete special projects
and tasks assigned by the coaching staff. This position will report
directly to the Sr. Director of Player Personnel / Football.
Required Qualifications Bachelors degree with experience in a
related field, or a masters degree. Experience working in a
Division I "Power 5" football program. Knowledge of NCAA Division I
rules and regulations pertaining to football. Experience using Hudl
and XOS. Experience with recruiting services such as UC Report,
Zcruit, XOS Scout, etc. Experience with Teamworks or similar
prospective student athlete database. Proficient in Microsoft
Office and Adobe Creative suites. Excellent interpersonal skills.
Commitment to diversity. Ability to communicate to prospects and
their families. Ability to work on a daily basis with a diverse
coaching staff. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a college
football player and/or coach. Appointment Type Restricted Salary
Information $50,000 to $60,000 Additional Information The
successful candidate will be required to have a criminal conviction
