• Work closely with stakeholders to develop detailed scope of work and execution plans for PLM engagements, supporting the project team and customers with advanced technical questions and solutions.
• Facilitate and document blueprinting and mapping sessions with customers for PLM, Change Management, and Migrations.
• Analyze requirements and contribute to the design of PTC solutions for complex customer needs.
• Develop functional and technical requirements for PLM, Change Management, and Migrations.
• Produce technical specifications for customizations and system integrations.
• Design and execute implementations for PDM, PLM, Change Management, and Migrations.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure scope is met and change control processes are followed.
• Provide best practices for user acceptance testing, training, documentation, and delivery efforts.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts as gaps become evident during service delivery.
• Lead and facilitate user training and user acceptance testing.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members on design, documentation, and implementations.Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Windchill PLM application design, development, and support.
• 2+ years as an Architect of Windchill PLM.
• 5+ years working with PTC Windchill PDMLink, Option & Variants, Workflow, OIR, InfoEngine Task customization & configuration.
• 5+ years in Windchill solution design and data modeling.
• 1+ years experience with Windchill ESI, Info Engine integration, and TIBCO middleware.
• 5 years experience in JAVA, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, XML.
• 1+ years with Ajax, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
• 1+ years working with MCAD and ERP integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Nice to Have:
  • Strong experience in Windchill ESI, Info Engine integration, and TIBCO middleware.
