Job Description:

The Greer Group is looking for Assemblers for our Automotive client in Kings Mountain, NC.

All Shifts
Overtime expected

Pay rate - 18.58 - 18.93 depending on shift
Paid weekly!

Requirements:
3-5 years assembly
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift 35lbs consistently during shift
Ability to stand for shift duration
Able to pass drug and background screens
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Duties:
Assembly component parts to specification drawings and work instructions
Cross-train in multiple departments including fully automated equipment
Adhere to all safety and quality procedures, and company policies and guidelines.
Assist in on-the-job training for new employees.
Perform work in a manner which supports company Quality systems (QS, 9000, TS 16949, CQI-9), and Environmental system (ISO 14000).
Inspect product for quality acceptance and perform quality checks. Work within quality and quantity standards.
Work a reasonable amount of overtime, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
