Job Description:
Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Relationship
Banker to drive business development efforts to increase deposits
and promote banking products to include Cash Management, Remote
Deposit Capture (RDC) and all other electronic banking products.
This role involves identifying and cultivating relationships with
both prospective and existing customers, providing exceptional
service, and collaborating with branch staff to uncover new
opportunities. The Deposit Relationship Officer should be proactive
in community engagement to build a strong network and enhance the
bank's presence. This role also works closely with our e-Banking
team and assists with training and motivation of all branch staff
in relation to electronic banking products

Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential customers and prospects to increase
deposits and sell Cash Management products, the Remote Deposit
Capture program and any other electronic banking products to
increase non-interest income.
Develop and implement strategies to attract new business and expand
relationships with existing customers.
Develops outside customer call list through contacts from within
and outside of the bank, contacting those customers to solicit
deposit accounts and sell additional services.
Assists in developing marketing plans to compliment sales
efforts.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for
growth.
Collaborate with branch staff to mine for prospects and generate
leads.
Makes business development and retention calls on existing and
potential new clients to expand and develop new relationships,
actively endorsing the bank's products and services.
Works closely with all branch staff to identify potential leads for
deposit, cash management and other electronic banking products.
Cross-sells commercial products to existing and new customers, such
as on-line banking, merchant card and business credit card
services.
Makes individual calls and joint calls with branch staff to sell
Cash Management, RDC and/or other electronic banking products.
Participates in civic and professional activities to enhance the
bank's visibility in each community. Promotes favorable image of
the Bank in all business activities within each community.
Oversees cash management products installation and implementation
within the financial institutions and its branches; responsible for
product delivery and the preparation and review of client
documentation.
Ensures in-person Annual Audits of RDC Customers are performed as
required.
Responds to customer requests and questions in an accurate, timely
and professional manner, providing excellent customer service for
both internal and external customers.
Discusses customer complaints, needs or problems with senior
management.
Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries and
resolving issues promptly.
Educate customers on the benefits and features of electronic
banking products.
Assist customers with account setup, maintenance, and
troubleshooting.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Must have Banking Relationship experience
Four-year business-related degree and minimum of three years retail
banking experience is required, or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
Experience working directly with customers in a sales and
service-oriented environment is necessary.
Technical proficiency with the ability to assist customers
utilizing technology associated with RDC and Cash Management
products.
Ability to diagnose and problem-solve technical issues for
customers in person, over the phone or via email.
Detail-Oriented - Must be detail-oriented and able to excel in a
high-volume atmosphere.
Business Development- planning for future growth by identifying new
opportunities, enhancing current relationships, forming strategic
partnerships and seeking other opportunities to increase
production.
Product Knowledge - Requires an understanding of cash management
products including but not limited to Business online banking, RDC,
ACH, Wires, RDA and Mobile Banking.
Adaptability - The degree to which one demonstrates openness to
change and new ideas. Ability to adjust to changing work
requirements and respond to new situations.
Effective Communication Skills - Excellent communications and sales
skills are required to deal with customers, investors, management
and employees.
Customer Relations - The degree to which customer service and
professional rapport is demonstrated in the day-to-day business
environment.
Organization Skills - Must be organized and have a corporate
outlook to exhibit an understanding of decisions made.
Technical Proficiency - Proficiency with PC and Microsoft programs
is necessary.
