We're seeking a skilled Rewinder Converting Operator to run state-of-the-art equipment in our converting department - including the cutting-edge Fabio Perini Constellation S8.

What You'll Do:

- Operate and monitor converting equipment: rewinders, wrappers, packers, palletizers

- Keep machines running smoothly with routine adjustments, material changes, and part replacements

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance

- Monitor product quality and minimize material waste

- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-moving production environment


What You Bring:

- High school diploma or GED

- 3+ years of steady work history

- Experience in manufacturing (bonus if you've worked in paper/tissue)

- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, weekends & holidays

- Able to lift 40+ lbs, work around machinery, and use industrial tools

- Familiarity with Siemens HMI or other machine control systems is a plus


Schedule:

12-hour rotating shifts, averaging 36-48 hours per week. Overtime available.
