  Compensation:
  • $50,000-$55,000 base salary
  • Bonus potential tied to execution + client satisfaction
  • Full-time, in-office role in Raleigh, NCCompensation:$50,000 - $55,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
    • Own and manage the contract-to-close process for residential transactions
    • Communicate with clients, agents, attorneys, and lenders with clarity and urgency
    • Track documents, timelines, and compliance details with precision
    • Prevent problems before they start-then solve the rest with professionalism
    • Represent the Marti Hampton brand with excellence from start to finishQualifications:
      • Active NC Real Estate License (Full Broker Required)
      • 2+ years as a real estate Transaction Coordinator
      • Strong written and verbal communication
      • Top-tier organizational and multitasking skills
      • Problem-solver with a calm, client-first mindset
      • Must be based in Raleigh, NC (this is not a remote position)About Company
