IntroductionIBM Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Sales & Delivery Executive to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team in the US. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality solutions in the BPO space.Your role and responsibilitiesAs BPO Associate Partner, you will be responsible for developing and driving the BPO business with a core focus on:

• Build up BPO pipeline
• Hold client meetings to present IBM BPO and build strong client relationships
• Develop client solutions and IBM offers with the BPO solutioning team to reflect client requirements and needs
• Manage the contracting process with clients
