Job Summary and Qualifications Prepares patients, collects relevant information for completion of procedures. Performs all Sonographic exams following defined protocols. Observant of patients' conditions. Notifies physician or supervisor of unusual occurrences. Compiles appropriate records to expedite results. Analyzes the quality of images and processes as required. Understands and operates electronic information systems.Maintains appropriate supplies and a clean, organized working environment. Participates in continuing education activities What qualifications you will need: EXPERIENCE Preferred - 2-3 Years experience as RT or Sonographer Two or more years of experience in a hospital Ultrasound Department. EDUCATION Required - ARDMS eligible. BLS Certification Preferred - ARDMS certification.Hours: Fri, Sat, Sun 8am-9pm. Takes call after regular hours.
