Job Description:

A company is looking for a Claims Support Associate II - Payment Poster.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and deliver appropriate billing formats to prospective payers
Process and reconcile payments using 835 remittance files, and post payments accurately
Resolve denials, underpayments, and aged claims

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of billing and/or reimbursement experience, specifically cash posting
Experience posting payments and resolving denials via 835/EOB/EOP
Strong MS Excel knowledge
Unity system experience preferred
