Job Description:

A company is looking for a Product Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities

Create and configure virtual training products in Salesforce and the Learning Management System
Set up and manage Zoom webinars, ensuring all materials and branding are aligned
Monitor product listings for accuracy and troubleshoot any issues related to user experience

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in product operations, eLearning, or webinar coordination
Proficiency with Salesforce, LMS platforms, and Zoom Webinars
Experience in the compliance training or financial services industry
Familiarity with SCORM, AICC, or other eLearning packaging standards
Understanding of adult learning principles or instructional design best practices
