Job Description:

College of Human Sciences & Education

School of Social Work

LaSSWx Supervisor

Provide supervision to School Social Work Specialization students.

100% Supervision will consist of ensuring the student is adhering to specific agency functions, goals, procedures, decision-making processes, and task completion; reviewing the student's activities including all documentation; strengthening the student's professional development; ensuring the student's congruence with personal and professional values and ethics; strengthening the student's critical thinking skills; and monitoring the student's progress on fulfillment of the learning plan competencies.

Minimum Experience: Master's Degree with three years experience in a school setting and supervision training
