Job Description:

We are a compassionate and caring veterinary practice that provides medical, dental and surgical services.. Our mission is to provide excellent care and services to our patients, as if they were our own, and to support their families.. Kennel Attendant Responsibilities: Transporting animals to and from kennels. Cleaning and sanitizing the clinic as needed. Ensuring that the animals have ample, fresh food and water at all times. Cleaning animal waste, spilled food, and other debris from the kennels. Disposing of trash in a timely manner. Accompanying animals on walks. Calming animals in distress. Reporting significant changes in functioning to the Veterinarian on duty. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience caring for animals will be advantageous. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills. Excellant interpersonal skills. Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds unaided. A passion for animal welfare. Must have reliable transportation. Available to work during evenings, and on weekends and public holidays, if required.
