IT Business Systems Engineer defines, develops, and creates IT system solutions within Qorvo's New Product Introduction (NPI) activities. You will lead projects that target the reduction of product development cycle time and improved efficiency and effectiveness in a lean culture. The successful candidate has experience solving complex issues in order to design creative, integrated process solutions across Qorvo business groups. REQUIREMENTS * Develop system solutions with business process owners and translate into system designs and specifications * Creative problem solving, critical thinking and relationship building are instrumental in this role * As IT solutions are developed, lead testing activities to ensure requirements are aligned and end goal is achieved * Strong skills in project definition and alignment with the end-user stakeholder * Experience with SQL and database/data structure experience preferred * Python desired to enable quick solutioning * Periodic travel to Qorvo operational sites and remote design offices may be required (approximately 10%) * Experience working with complex patterns to create IT system solutions QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's Engineering degree required * 4-6 years related work experience * Excellent communicator with strong leadership, interpersonal and decision-making skills * Experience working with LEAN principles to optimize efficiency #LI-LR1 MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVO We are Qorvo.
