with guests and team members all day, they must have excellent
verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate
with an outgoing and engaging personality.The hotel operates off a
Property Management System and the front desk agents work in that
system all day long, someone with the ability to pick up computer
skills easily is necessaryThe front desk role is at the center of
attention to all hotel guests and requires someone to be able to
stand for the duration of the shiftHotels operate 24 hours a day, 7
days a week. Our teams must be flexible with respect to working
days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Actual
compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique
to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years &
depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor
