JOB SUMMARY

Process, monitor, research, mitigate risks, and preserve the data integrity of the operational aspect and the credit documentation of the commercial lending portfolios by providing an exceptional level of quality, client service and efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Receive workflow items, retrieve account information, and execute requests.

2. Meet consistently production and quality defined goals.

3. Demonstrate a growing knowledge of systems and processes while recognizing gaps, and maintaining a growth mindset.

4. Route and consult with team leadership on complex issues.

5. Expedite escalated work.

6. Develop positive communication and relationships with peers, partners, and external clients.

7. Encourage and guide lower level teammate's consistency of operations.

8. Recognize downstream implications of work performed and the impact on the success of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Associate's Degree or work related experience, or equivalent education and related training

2. Strong data entry skills

3. Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products

4. Knowledge of regulatory, external, and internal compliance requirements and guidelines

5. Demonstrates ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions

6. Demonstrates ability to work in an area governed by production standards, heavy workloads and critical

deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Accounting and reconciliation experience strongly preferred

2. Dealer floorplan experience

3. A Bachelor's Degree

2. Previous banking or financial services experience

3. Datascan experience
